Since 2012, I have specialised in litigation in family matters, representing and advising clients on issues related to marriage and registered partnerships, custody disputes between parents, maintenance cases, guardianship proceedings, dealing with a child’s property, and disputes concerning filiation. Additionally, I have extensive experience in international law and cross-border cases, including motions for the return of children (commonly known as child abduction proceedings) and cases related to ensuring the right of access of a parent living abroad.
This dedicated focus has allowed me to manage very complex legal disputes and make several policy recommendations to legislators to address legal gaps identified through these disputes, thereby increasing legal certainty throughout the country.
Ensuring children’s rights is a personal priority for me. Consequently, I am a member of several governing bodies of organisations promoting children’s welfare and family values. I have completed numerous in-service training courses, participated in thematic working groups, and authored three research papers on children’s rights, the latest of which was highly praised by the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2016.
In 2018, I was awarded the “Golden Potato” award for my dedication to foster care, and in 2019, I was recognised by the Minister of Justice for my legislative activities and excellent cooperation.
Additionally, I represent clients in administrative proceedings at various institutions, in disputes concerning contract law, and I am competent to advise on matters of succession law both domestically and within the European Union. I have years of experience as an estate administrator in judicial proceedings.
